The light, the shadows, the colours and the sounds change all day and all night.
Pipit is not a hotel room that happens to float. She moves a little. Halyards tap. Gulls land on the pontoon at six. The water throws light onto the deckhead of your cabin in a way no building ever does.
You are docked safely in the pier, in the middle of the port of Kavala, with the whole city on your doorstep and no car needed for any of it.
Think of it as an introduction to life at sea: suitable for families with children over four, no boating experience required.

Boat life asks a little of you.
We would rather you knew before you booked. Guests who arrive expecting a hotel are the only ones we ever disappoint, and there have been very few of them.
Space is limited. Cabins are cosy by design. Pack soft bags, not hard suitcases.
The heads is a pump sea toilet. It works well and we show you how, but it is not the toilet at home.
She moves. Gently, at her mooring. Most guests sleep better for it. A few need a night to adjust.
Children are welcome from four years old. Cots and extra beds are not available.
No pets, no smoking, no parties. Quiet hours on the pontoon run 23:00 to 07:00.

Kavala’s port is lined with tavernas, coffee shops and bars. You will not need the car you parked.
